Fréjus has a historical depth rare on this coast: it was Forum Julii, a Roman port, and the arena, theatre and aqueduct still stand among the modern town. The commune is large and split between several poles: the historic centre around the cathedral and its cloister, Port-Fréjus and its marina, the Base Nature on the former naval air station, and the beaches of Saint-Aygulf to the south-west. That spread means the address matters: from one end of the commune to the other can be a quarter of an hour's drive. In summer the RD559 between Fréjus and Saint-Aygulf is saturated. Saint-Raphaël-Valescure station, adjoining, serves as the rail point, and Nice Airport is an hour away on the A8.

An hour on the A8. With the commune large and fragmented, the district matters as much as the address: the historic centre, Port-Fréjus, the Base Nature and Saint-Aygulf are up to a quarter of an hour's drive apart. In summer the RD559 to the beaches saturates during the day and we then go inland.

The driver arrives early. For an airport or station transfer, the time is worked back from your check-in deadline, not from the departure time.
No unsolicited conversation, no comment on the addresses we serve. The driver waits in the car unless you ask otherwise.
Night flights, departures before dawn, late returns: a line answers at any hour, seven days a week.
The district makes all the difference: the historic centre, Port-Fréjus, the Base Nature and Saint-Aygulf are far apart, up to a quarter of an hour by road. Give the district as well as the address.
There is a halt, but the useful station is Saint-Raphaël-Valescure, adjoining, served by TGV and regional trains. That is where we pick up for rail arrivals.
The RD559 is the only axis and it saturates during the day. We adjust the timing and, if needed, go inland. For a return, a collection point agreed away from the seafront saves time.
